Biography

Les brings over 30 years of outstanding sales leadership, executive management, and strategic sales direction to CIS and its sales team. During his career, Les has developed complete business solutions, created successful sales teams, and established high-level relationships with Federal and commercial clients.

Prior to joining CIS Secure Computing, Les led the successful effort to establish the reseller division of Knight Point Systems (KPS), a Virginia-based provider of cloud-based professional services and solutions.  At The VIA Group and Acentia, Les led the unified communications sales teams and managed over 30 consultants.  Prior to this, Les co-founded NetStar-1, a DC-based provider of comprehensive services for a wide range of national customers. NetStar-1 grew to $160 million in annual sales and Les co-directed all aspects of company strategy from start-up to exit by acquisition. Les graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing.
