CIS Secure Computing offers a variety of technical support services to our customers.  

Our Technical Support Team is ready to assist from the initial product installation to next generation technology deployments.    Our support engineers and technicians are trained and experienced across CIS Secure Computing’s entire product line.  They are ready and available to help with everything from phone configuration menu settings to complex video conferencing systems designs.  

All CIS products are sold with a one-year return-to-factory warranty.  Simply complete the online RMA form and, if the product is under warranty, our qualified staff will troubleshoot the issue and return the unit to operational status at no cost.  If the defective item is no longer covered under a valid CIS warranty, we will diagnose the issue for a nominal fee and provide you with a time and materials estimate.  Upon customer approval of time and materials estimate, the defective unit will be repaired to an operational status.
